John and Geraldine Perrin have been providing services and comfortable living for Seniors for over 30 years. After providing services for seniors at Perrin’s Clinton View Lodge for 25 years, they saw an opportunity and need for quality senior care here in Montague.
Our affordable accommodations include suites, private, and semi-private with full bathroom facilities in each room. These furnished rooms can be enhanced by your own personal touches from home.
Anyone who can not afford our prices may be eligible to receive funding from the Social Services and Senior’s division. You would have to make an appointment with a social worker for an assessment, please contact them at 1-877-569-0546.

The Villa’s layout lets you enjoy the benefits of community living with a large gathering room where numerous daily planned activities and social events are offered. It’s also a great spot to play cards, relax or chat with a friend.
Enjoy the Fun
Bingo, live entertainment, community presentations and exercise sessions are organized by a full-time activity director. Weekly multi-denominational church services are also a part of living at Perrin’s Marina Villa

We all enjoy the taste of a great meal, and few of us have the chance to dine every day on the meals we love. Our Red Seal Chef and kitchen staff take great care in the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals, including any special dietary requirements of our residents. Enjoy a home cooked corned beef and cabbage dinner, or relax overlooking the Montague Harbour sipping a tea while finishing off a warm apple pie.
When you combine the spectacular view from our dining room with the great meals prepared by our Chef, you have a wonderful place to break bread with family and friends.
Pride in Caring
Our friendly staff of professionals – R.N.’s, L.P.N’s, graduate nurses and community care workers – continuously upgrade their knowledge of geriatric care. We provide 24hr assistance with activities of daily living and medication administration, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
